RESEARCH INTERESTS

​

  • Synthesizing of the nanostructured thin film and nanoparticles by low-cost chemical synthesis.

​

  • Synthesizing of the metal-oxide, metal chalcogenide, nitrides, phosphides, and water soluble carbon nanostructures.

​

  • Interpret structure-property correlation between the materials to device fabrication and transport phenomenon of the charge carriers which directly affects the device parameters.

​

  • Analyze in-depth the reliability of the different nanostructured materials (including perovskite materials) which can be directly used for energy conversion and energy storage purposes.

​

  • For energy storage devices to determine reaction mechanisms and understand the degradation mechanisms that lead to premature aging of materials during the operation of electrochemical devices, in order to propose strategies to mitigate these effects.
